Pros
You'll get enough experience to leave in 1-2 years, much like everyone else. If you stay longer, my sympathies to you and your family.
Cons
Fresh grads are lured in with promises of advancement in a rapidly expanding business, but it's smoke and mirrors. Senior management does their best to keep employees just miserable enough to not find a new job. When you do find a new job, expect senior management to disparage you behind closed doors - you were obviously not the right fit, right?! Rest assured those still stuck, the grass really is greener on the other side; everyone who finds a new job is actually much happier in the short and long term.
