The executive team set the tone and the pace. They call themselves the ELT, Executive Leadership Team, however if they would turn around and look they would find that there are no followers...effectively invalidating the Leadership aspect of the ET. There is in fact no true leadership there and I mean none what-so-ever. Management is done through bullying tactics and a constant stream of write-ups even if you work hard, this is an approved and demonstrated aspect of the ET, particularly in Operations. I know, I was formerly mid-level management. Lots of promises are made and nearly all broken. The company is having an extremely hard time keeping talented employment and keeping the bills paid. If you were to compare the front door to a helicopter rotor you would have some serious lift-off...not a joke. They get one star because that is the lowest acceptable rating available. They deserve no stars.
