Pros
From the perspective of a person looking for a job, the biggest pro is that this place is always hiring. Under the current leadership, come rain or shine, there will always be several unfilled positions. Currently, 17 jobs are posted, at least here, however several recently vacated positions have not yet been approved or posted so it is actually a higher number. Keep up the great management style, for we are creating so many new jobs!! You can easily find the reason for the revolving door if you read the other reviews, and you should. Or else you will wind up like me and my coworkers -- over worked, under appreciated, placed into a situation where you will have to choose between your paycheck and your soul. Understand that while it's easy to say "I have my principals" you also have to pay your rent and car loan.
Cons
Consider this. Half of the people employed here will be gone in about two years. All of the work that they have has to be done by those who remain and those who are brand new. Don’t expect half hearted safety practices, fakeq uality practices, and meaningless metrics to ever improve. Also, what happens to the motivation level (not to mention mistakes, attention to detail, etc) when an employee cries 'uncle' and begins looking for a new job? No one can can blame them, for it's natural to “check out” when there is no hope. Don't get me wrong, since I'm not in any way slamming those of us who are in the trenches together. All I am trying to say is that we are all human, and as humans we react in a predictable way when subjected to the unrelenting pressure from those at the top of the site. Do you have similar experiences? After you've had a chance to think of some, let's grab a bit to eat at the cafe so we can share some other stories. Maybe you don't have directions, which isn't a problem, because I'm sure some of your coworkers will.
