Pros
Not very many pros. You can excel fast here but since all the knowledgeable employees have left, it is becoming harder and harder to find a good mentor/trainer. Pay is decent.
Cons
Where to begin... The biggest problem in my mind is we have a Site leader who is clueless and a Sr. manger of maintenance and production. You can’t do both no matter how many hours you put in a day. Reviews are a joke, and managers often don’t meet with employees due to their busy schedule. So instead of sitting down they just release reviews that leave the employee pondering. Safety has gotten better, ultimately up to employee if they want to engage in the safe practices. Place is also cut-Throat. Better be prepared for back-stabbing and sabotage. Oh wait just send out a drunken email, rage quit and you can get promoted!!!! (Yes this happened) Be prepared to have a skeleton crew. You need four people for the job here’s two... what do you mean you can’t get production done in a efficient matter. RTO... lol
