Business Outlook
Pros
The fast paced environment is a pro for me. The company has also just merged with a company out of Wisconsin so there should be additional opportunities in the future. Also there is always something new to learn so the experience is priceless.
Cons
The workload can be overwhelming most of the time. You will be held to deadlines constantly but that's just the nature of the business. If you are not prepared to work hard then don't waste your time.
