Pros
If you come onboard with a plan you’ll get so much more out of your time at Alcami. I feel like a lot of the people who work here jump in with two feet because it’s their first job out of college. There’s nothing wrong with that but they’re often directionless and tend to have their expectations dashed as a result. If you come with a plan for what you want, like I did, you’ll feel more fulfilled.
