Pros
The only benefit of working here is that you are exposed to a variety of techniques and learning experiences that you can take with you to your next job. Plan to leave after a few years unless you hate yourself.
Cons
You literally make less money year after year as the "raises" aren't even enough to exceed yearly cost of living increases. Mid/upper management are a joke. They claim to care about you but all they care about is lining their pockets at your expense. They hired a company to post fake reviews on Glassdoor. This is a 2 star company at best. Also forget about promotions - management would rather keep your hard earned and well-deserved salary increases in their own pockets. This would be a great gig if you had the opportunity to work as a manager - but most don't. I'd strongly advise anyone actually reading these reviews to not work at Alcami. They don't deserve you, and you deserve better.
