Pros
Personally, I like working at Alcami. I’ve been a lab tech for over two years and I feel like I’ve only scraped the surface of everything you can learn here and all of the opportunities available. The quality of training and level of innovation at this company is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I’ve heard one or two people complaining about expectations, but they were always the laziest people in the company that no one like having to work with. Take it from someone who’s been here for a while and isn’t afraid of a little hard work: If you want to succeed here, you can. You just have to put in the effort.
Cons
Working with people who aren’t as passionate about the work we’re doing here as I am, or who don’t care about being a team player. Pretty much the people who don’t necessarily care if our research has an impact or not and just want a paycheck.
