Pros
Overall a good enough place to start, pretty routine work for the most part. Fine to work for a couple years and build up your resume.
Cons
The group you get put in really makes or breaks the experience. I work in one of the smaller groups and my boss is basically incompetent. After a year or so I figured out what I needed to get the job done, a lot of it is asking a lot of different people a lot of questions. The system in which people get promoted is kinda eff’d.
