See review from Sep 12, 2018 for a comprehensive list of cons. That review covers just about everything I have experienced as well as the experiences coworkers have confided in me. The line of "you are responsible for your happiness at work" is repeated over and over, but it's used as an excuse to not address the experiences of those who are being mistreated by the systems in place. There is a growing disconnect between what they say they do ("We care about your growth!") and the reality. The good intentions are acknowledged, but the follow-through is either not meaningful or absent. Issues appear to span almost every department now. I would not recommend this company to anyone I liked regardless of position or department they were interested in.
