Pros

A great first company to work for. People are always welcoming. Intern program seems to be top tier compared to most companies. As an intern, you will be dealing with actual customers on a daily basis and doing meaningful work. The internship is structured to where you are in constant communication with management, but you are required to be self-determined individual who eagerly wants to pursue new opportunities. The intern program offers lunches each week with managers from different parts of the business. You truly get a broad view of the entire company as you visit other plants, and meet with upper level managers on a frequent basis.

Cons

As an inside sales intern, the day-to-day job involves a lot of desk work. Most days are spent without looking up from your desktop. While this is not always a bad thing, as you are constantly busy and time flies; it is hard to keep focused after extended periods of time especially if you are a "hands-on" person.

Pros

Ability to work 100% remote.

Cons

ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
