      Pros

      Talented employees who understand the goals. Good Communication from the top down. Wide arrange of software programs which capture necessary business and financial information.

      Cons

      Many talented employees whom work in a box and seem to struggle with the big picture. Communication at the middle level, whether up or down is a challenge and has a twist of shop politics. With the many software programs it necessitates duplicate data entry and complicated merging, if even possible. Needs a Kaizan to fix this!

      Ability to work 100% remote.

      ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
