      Pros

      Company has Good insurance along with some great 401 k . Pay was to notch for area. Decent plant management. Safety of employees was lacking though.

      Cons

      I do not feel like the plant was really worried about employee safety and health. The managers never discussed it unless they had to.

      Ability to work 100% remote.

      Cons

      ITAS OTC Manager has no clue how to manage, encourage development, or plan growth. He was too busy trying to keep his skills up and not actually cultivate newcomers and manage well. I felt alone and not supported by my manager. The environment is not great for newcomers to the company. The team supposedly has so much work, but was able to lay me off after returning to work from health event. Complete and utter joke. They do not honor their core values. Beware of this place.
