      Good pay, great benefits, love the onsite gym, beautiful campus

      Cons

      Too many red tapes, too many office politics, hard to get anything done, lack of collaboration, some positions could be very demanding, no work life balance

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
