      I was once told by a Sr. Financial Officer that Novartis is a Financial company that chooses to manufacture and sell pharmaceuticals for the high margins. Alcon was a healthcare company that was only focused on preserving and protecting sight.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
