Pros
The benefits such as healthcare and 401k is excellant.,the salary is great, however they do not support or believe in additional training. That is a joke. The location is great. The feel good experience of knowing you are helping some one, makes it worthwhile. Working 12 hr shifts works for some people and is enjoyable.
Cons
Open door policy is a joke, if it reaches h.r that a employee is having a issue with team leader or manager, h.r call's you in their office to put the fear of god in you. Alot of this can happen or watch out or this may happen. One employee that issues with management was moved to another shift. Obviously working problems out is not a concern as much as hiding them.
