      great benefits ( health, dental and vision) Excellent work/life balance flexible work schedule good pay good suburban location but accesible to greater Atlanta

      Cons

      alot of bureaucracy Environment is not the same after merge with Alcon alot of confusion during transition phase poor communication from HR

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
