More than exceeded at my job but fell into a system that doesn't pay off for employees - Production Technician Alcon Employee Review

Hard work will never pay off here. Doesn't matter how many hours or how hard you work it doesn't pay off. My first year, experienced employees that have already been through the system told me to stop busting my butt because they have seen it too many times and it doesn't help at all. One of the hardest working and honest employees there. I have been lied to multiple times by my "higher ups" to the point where it drove me to hate my job.
