Poor "good old boy" management team. They do not care about their employees. Training is of poor quality and there are many cliques, so there are a lot of conflicts among co-workers that go unresolved.

Cons
DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
