The people that I worked with as peers are great. Some of my best friends I met while working there. Building products that help improve other people's lives is a great motivator. Good benefits and outstanding 401K match
Cons
Too much politics and bureaucracy. A large medical device company is just too big of a ship to move when change is needed. Management showed no care or remorse for the employees as people, just treated us like a cog in the machine.
