      People on site gym benefits management that doesn't micro manage [at least those I have had] Cultue company commitment to community service and support

      Cons

      noticable lack of females in higher management jobs much talk about employee development but little action except for chosen few lack of top sponsor management support and visibility on projects

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
