      Great benefits. Company car, full expenses paid. Lucrative commission plan. Flexibility. Ability to form solid relationships with accounts. Well respected industry.

      Cons

      Often unrealistic goals/targets. Senior management out of touch with Sales Managers. Hierarchy -- Directors are viewed as being above sales managers.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend
