      Pros

      The staff is very friendly. They were welcoming. There is room for growth in the future. I recommend Alcon Labs.

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel like another face in the crowd. There are many employees that have worked for Alcon for over 10 years, so I will always report to someone above me.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
