      Good work culture. Highly automated. Shuttle bus services at mrt stations. People are willing to help educate new employees.

      Base pay is not as high compared to other cleanroom environments. They provide benefits instead of monetary allowances.

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
