Pros
Good benefits & good research & sales team - which is generating revenues even though company has more than 400 - 500 % profit margin on all products.
Cons
Management - senior and middle - thinks they can treat employees as they wish since company offers good benefits. Management proudly mentions this to their employees. Management approach is 'management by fear'. People who know someone higher up, are safe in this company however incompetent they are. Groupism (& you scratch my back, I will scratch yours) is rampant.
