      Good salary and bonus and great people to work with.

      Cons

      After 3 years the job itself is boring and there are no growth opportunities whatsoever. More and more tasks are assigned to the team that are way out of "complaints handling" scope and with no raise. No motivation at all to continue

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
