      Pros

      Company is stable and offers great benefits.

      Cons

      Different shifts are required to work more overtime than others. Supervisors work long hours and weekends and are not properly compensated. There needs to be a better balance of family and work life for production employees.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Cons

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
