Promotion - Senior Quality Manager Alcon Employee Review

The Alcon senior team hires and promotes people based on them being a minority or protected class not on experience. If you are a person not in a protected class the chance of promotion is very small. They put people in positions to meet a woke agenda. Qualified or not. Middle aged white males need not apply. I have been in meetings where this was the topic to promote protected classes.
