      Very flexible, great opportunities to learn, training and development

      Cons

      Micromanagement, even wfh, your lead keep asking what/ where you doing, at office, go toilet also need to report??

      Pros

      Lots of free snacks. Some truly talented people work here.

      Cons

      DEI is still being implemented like it is 2020. They have changed the name to D&I but the principals are the same. Meritocracy is treated with suspicion.
