After transfer to logistic team became nightmare. Very tight dateline and expect you to be as good as them even when you are new. Could subject you to verbal or mental abuse even. Not every team in Alcon is the same. Some have different management styles. You can sense whether they are OK or not during interview. Try to ask as much questions as you can (especially about their culture, expectations and everyday work) before accepting offer.
