Pros
Opportunity for rapid advancement. You can talk to anyone anytime you want -- including management. They sponsor visas. Work with many biotech companies. Company is receptive to new ideas. I like the fast culture but as others have noted its not for everyone. Fast growth. Good bonuses. Good improvements.
Cons
Long hours. Research projects can switch directions depending on customer direction. Customers requirements are always prioritized. This could be good or bad i guess. .
