Complicated organizational culture - Engineering Aldevron Employee Review

We're shooting to have your first sentence be simply "Outstanding place!". Regarding the culture, like may companies we have 4 generations of people working at Aldevron from Boomers to Millennials. Regardless of generation, people have their unique communication styles and preferences. I like your comment about management by email because it is a reminder that we must evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and use multiple approaches to ensure everybody is tuned-in and hearing the messages.
