Good for experience, but they don't care about the little people - Operator Aldevron Employee Review

Negative attitudes from a lot of people. Poor yearly raises, even if you exceed every "goal". Lots of hours worked past your shift (could be a pro, some like the overtime). So many new hires, current staff are getting burnt out trying to run production and keep on top of training. Daily we are out of something that is essential to do our jobs - not provided the tools needed to be efficient and timely with our work. Breaks aren't really a thing for production, don't work in production if you can't go at least 6 hours without a bathroom or snack.
