Pros
IT management is very resonable, they listen to feedback and act on it. Coworkers are awesome to work for. Competitive pay. Company is growing very fast and actually creating something useful for humanity. IT management is very flexible if you have to pick up kids or stuff like that, great work life balance. Since IT naturally works with the rest of the company, I can confidently say that 99% of the people in the rest of the company were good to work with. I actually recommend people I know to work here.
Cons
Smaller IT department so you tend to wear a few hats. Aldevron has been described as a $600M start up. Was aquired by Danaher a couple years ago and signs of it becoming super "corporate"
