Business Outlook

Pros

As always, coworkers are the best part of any job. This company has a lot of structure in place and a lot of technology and resources. Once you get a hang of it it's not bad. A place where you can keep your head down and stay where you are or work really really hard and move up. Be prepared to put up with a lot for good reward. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

From my perspective workers are spread too thin. Not to the breaking point but just enough. Management I think could hire more people to allow us actually work on progressing the company. Seems like its expanding too much for us to keep up and profits look like they are only going to the top. Management isn't the worst but everything feels rushed and with lots of changes not everything is cohesive.
