Pros
-Great Benefits -Given autonomy and independence -Not a lot of "red tape" to go through to get decisions made -Good efforts towards diversity and inclusion -Best of all - great mission and vision. We truly feel value based care and population health will reform the healthcare ecosystem.
Cons
-There's no secret - we are working through our growing pains. We grew 70% in 2021. There are things that need more well defined, processes that need created better, etc etc. But if you are that person that thrives in the grey, and you're comfortable being uncomfortable at times, Aledade is the place for you. Tons of room for innovation and brining your own SME into your role.
