Pros
The flexibility of the remote work is great. Management is generally understanding and allows you to build out the role and ownership of new opportunities as you see fit. Some people understandably struggle with the vagueness of expectations sometimes, but that is the norm for companies that are growing. If you want the opportunity for fast growth and are willing to work hard to own and succeed in your role, this is the company for you.
Cons
It is a company that is growing into itself so some policies and workflows that do not make sense are going to come and go. Things change quickly so you need to have the flexibility to roll with it. If you want a well defined job that gives you a checklist of what to do without expectations of self motivation to innovate then look elsewhere.
