      Any position after working here will be a breeze, emotionally and mentally.

      Cons

      -"Family" culture is verbalized when in reality everyone is out for themselves -Extremely high turnover due to upper management's inability to acknowledge own errors -Low pay and poor benefits -Work hours are extreme with little to no acknowledgement of consultants -No work/life balance...at all

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
