      Pros

      Job security for hard workers. They will support you if you have what it takes. Has a great community. Co-workers are a fun group of people from the top of the firm to the bottom. I’ve learned so much in a short span of time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
