      Pros

      Really good PTO and holidays, great health insurance benefits

      Cons

      Local leaders tan like a dictatorship, constantly lied to us. Acquired by Alera but had to run under local agency that was already established. Picked of a thriving agency one by one until there was only a couple left.

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
