      New management has morphed the company into an effective team-oriented environment where ideas can be expressed, employees are valued, flexible work schedules, resources, training, and all the support needed to grow and be successful. Open communication and feedback.

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
