      Disorganized, the umbrella company has complete control but is slow moving and constant beauracratic red tape. Managers do not manage anything, poor to no training, high stress, low pay, unaffordable benefits, high turnover

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
