      The bar is so low that you may be able to shine. hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Tremendously unprofessional. If you're not a managing partner or high revenue producer they will not value you. Heavy office gossip and there is no consideration for employee opinion. Alera is all about growth and has no foundation.
