Working here offers great flexibility, a positive work culture, and the chance to directly impact the company’s growth and evolving processes. The company is still so young that there’s tons of opportunity to influence its long term trajectory. It’s a collaborative environment where employees can make meaningful contributions and feel part of shaping the organization’s future. Every company has quirks and nuances but my experience here has been great.

Because the company is still in the process of redefining itself, there are times when direction and priorities aren’t always completely clear. This can create some ambiguity, but it also reflects the growing and changing nature of the organization. You should also understand that there can be some variability office to office because of acquisitions but overall that is being changed to have a more consistent experience.
