Pros
Pretty good benefits and pay structure. Bonus program for sales people instead of commissions will not keep pure-bred sales person satisfied. Good 401(k) plan and medical benefits.
Cons
Couldn't manage an acquisition successfully if their lives depended on it. They depend on "systems" instead of people to the point of fostering employee abuse by lower managers. Their view is so long term that their true disregard for their employees is exposed by their reliance on dysfunctional managers and inadequate "systems".
