This company puts the process before the product. Their ALPS process is almost a religion in the company. You can do a crapy job, as long as you follow the board meetings and the ALPS process. Innovation and creativity are discouraged, just follow the process as directed from Sweden. If you like working to an SOP, not thinking on your own or outside the box, going to endless meetings, then this may be the place for you.
