Pros
Great products, but that's as far as it goes! If you are a male Italian you are in! If you are a woman, you will always be "less than" even if you are Italian.
Cons
Upon interview for a position based on commission, I was told that the territory was doing x amount per month regularly, when the territory was given to me (minus a few key accounts and areas) it was in actuality doing 1/3 the amount they had told me...which means my income was 1/3 of what I needed as I had accepted the position at my lowest possible income level.
