No cons about Algo. Our mgt team is supportive and provides every opportunity for people who are not meeting expectations to improve performance, but sometimes team members are not able to raise their quality of work and end up leaving the company which is probably the disgruntled former employee who recently wrote a negative review

They are a growing company and recently publicly announced another acquisition.

There is no formal onboarding in place and most managers do not meet with staff, not even new ones. Many email go unanswered. It was very frustrating working there.
