Pros
Strong brand recognition especially in Asia. Opportunity to learn about the Chinese culture. A corporate culture that's driven by motivation. Nice people to work with. Strong values.
Cons
Lack of vision and improper communication amongst teams. A place for employees to create processes. Lack of control and decision making in regional office. Very young team that really could use some senior and knowledgeable superiors. Pay isn't competitive. Too much changes, lack of proper planning.
