Cons
1. Alibaba don't treat their employees right. You will have a lot of overtime without paid or compensation day, including working at nights, weekends, holidays and vacation days. 2. It is impossible to have a well balance of life if you work at Alibaba. Every time is changing. Everything seems urgent and important. At the end, you will sacrify all your personal time and relationships to the company. I saw a lot of real examples. 3. Your career path is really hard to grow at Alibaba. Alibaba believes that everyone can do anyone's job. They can allocate you to any position you might not be capable of. I saw a lot of Alibaba employees change teams and work at different positions horizontally which are not they are hired for. 4. Most of the Alibaba employees are inexperienced fresh graduated student. It is very difficult to work with and expect them to have some standard professional manner.
